Dr. Keith Sparkman, O.D.

Dr. Keith Sparkman, O.D. is an optometric physician. He graduated Union University located in Jackson, TN in 1988, with a B.S. degree in Biology. He attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN from 1990-1994 and completed his optometric training at Omni Eye Services of Chattanooga. He received is Doctor of Optometry degree in 1994 and chose the Chattanooga area as his home. Dr. Sparkman enjoys playing golf and helping in the local community.

Sandy Layton, Optician

Sandy has been with Spring Creek Eye Center since 1980. She is our office manager and has been a licensed optician in Tennessee since 1986. Over the years Sandy has handled many facets of the practice and currently concentrates on insurance billing and patient accounts. Her desire is that our patients are provided quality eye care and that their eye care needs are properly met by our staff.

Amy Croom

Amy has been with us since August of 2012. Amy does each patient’s work-up before Dr. Sparkman begins their eye examination. She also orders the contact lens for patients and keeps the never –ending trial contact lens stocked and available for patient contact lens fittings. Amy enjoys letting each of our patients know they are special!
